For a yummy chew on art and photography, have a cuppa joe and add Mark Eaton's blog to your Google Reader. Also check out his photography website.
Mark had a post last weekend referencing Camille Paglia, one of my all time great heroes. Haven't thought of Camille in awhile. Read something by her last year, the year before on Slate, maybe. It was a yawn. I thought she had become bloated like a lot of the pseudo-intellectuals who get into he entertainment arena. But this write-up in the New York Times has a bit of bite and was a fresh, holistic look at art that I haven't seen buried here in Gwangju.
Thanks to Mark for re-opening some of my past learning. I am inspired to read Sexual Personae by Camille again.
