Think
I think that Gwangju needs to do something about it's taxi drivers.
Thank
I am thankful I am a woman. I am thankful I can speak my voice. I am thankful I am free.
Thunk!
I let go of my own drama and send relief to those in need.

Check out the great blog posts with pictures at Birds Korea.
Slow living. I like it. So do the 100 species of birds that live or visit slow living Sinan County in Gageo Island.http://www.birdskoreablog.org/?p=6563
And in Busan (Taejongdae), spottings and pics of black stork, hawfinch and white-backed woodpecker. http://www.birdskoreablog.org/?p=6615

thank
I am thankful for such a great day with great people and wonderful community!
thunk!
I let go of feeling that i am undeserving of the gifts in my life.
I woke up thinking: I would like to have a ding dong for breakfast. Then my mind flashed to ho ho's, I like ho ho's better. Then swish, I was jonesing for Fat Harry's cheese fries. Guess I did not eat enough fat grams yesterday. Oh my mind! Oh my body!
Think
I think that I should be myself and stand for my beliefs.
Thank
I am thankful to have space to be myself.
Thunk!
I let go of people pleasing behaviors.
I love the fresh organic food served at Good Day Bob's. Located between Chodae Front Gate and Back Gate MiniStop. Map.
They are a bit slow but you can call to order ahead (www.gooddaybobs.com 1670-5325 or 010-6525-5301)
BLT (no mayo) instead it comes with this amazing, nutty aioli. Orange herb juice. Vegetable salad: concentrated balsamic vinegar lightly sprinkled over amazing mix of greens - radicchio, chicory, bokchoy, spinach and iceberg; plus kiwi, apple and sweet potato. And toasted sunflower and pumpkin seed sprinkled on top! All organic.
Also the yogurt - homemade - is divine. Thick and creamy and sour! No sugar or sweetness. You can add dried blueberries or nuts.
