Open Studio Tuesday Nights at GIC 7-9pm will continue in July! Stop by and get your art on! Tonight: Gestures. We will have two models - male and female - and a series of poses to speed draw. Next week Gilda Wilson will facilitate. July 19th - no open studio - unless you would like to facilitate? And July 26th, may a nude model for some life drawing - still being planned . . .
Summer Workshop on Drawing and Color comes to a close this Saturday. It's a work day to produce your work. Stop by and get details about GAC and our upcoming group exhibit.

Exhibitions
Lisa Mynhardt will continue her 3 Three Exhibit at GIC Gallery (July 23-Aug 6). Catch her opening lecture on July 23rd at 3pm at GIC.
Hye-Seong Lee is currently wrapping up details for her curated show in August. Theme: Diversity at Eunam Museum. More details soon.
GAC will have their group exhibit in November. Start getting your ideas and art together to show with us.
Peer Group
Remember to pay your fees (50,000won). This goes to paying for exhibition space and catalogs.
Art Lovers
Talk on Saturday after the color workshop included ideas for fall. End of August will see the Gwangju World Music Festival. The Gwangju Design Biennale will open the beginning of September. Also, art:Gwangju, an art fair extraordinaire will be held again this year at Kim Dae Jung Convention Center. Maybe we will have some get-together time and visit some of these grand art showcases this fall. Also talked about was a trip to Seoul to visit the D'orsay pieces on display.
