In order to have a huge exhibition or to obtain government funds, we need.
- To become a foundation or association
- An association has over 100 registered members
- Need an official group name
- Need a headquarter location (an office)
- need to send in
- the purpose of the group/ mission statement
- organize officers
- have 100 registered members
- need to outline details of officer duties and organization duties
- Need to submit a history
- Every meeting needs to be documented
